Waiting for the perspective buyers to come by and set up all the stuff to test for radon. (And waiting. And waiting. And waiting... I Really Really Need To Be Asleep Right Now.)

Radon. I had completely forgotten that we never tested for radon. If it is a problem we will indeed be right royally screwed. (and my emotions about this make me realize just HOW much I despertly want to move to Davis RIGHT THIS INSTANT.)
