this weekend

Long phone conversation with a friend I don't end up talking with nearly enough. It was wonderful to get to talk with her! :-)
Wrote most of a conference report for a child in my class. (I can't do the rest until I check a few things at school, so I'll have to finish it on my lunch break tomorrow.)
Finished wrapping everything.
Paid the bills.
Balanced the checkbooks (about time too! I'd been putting it off for way too long.)
Sent thank you letters for birthday presents (which had been put off even longer, and had hence caused some psychodrama (by no means repaired, despite my best efforts) with my aunt. *sigh*)
Sent off a few holiday cards to people far away I've somewhat fallen out of touch with (including my favorite cousin.)
Partially cleaned out my email inbox and a bunch of other folders. (It's marginally less chaotic now at any rate.)
Caught up on neglected email correspondence.
Mostly caught up on lj.
Cleaned up my desk.
Neglected to go to my sister's Solstice party in Maine today (which is why I've had time for most of this...)
