Nothing is going to be such a medical emergency that we can't wait five minutes for all the cars to get out of the driveway long enough for us to back out.
It is just important that you STAY at the clothing swap, with your keys readily available, while your car is in the driveway (or have someone there, with keys, clearly designated to move your car) so that your car could be moved for a minute if necessary.
