Oh... that's horribly depressing. But look at it this way: I might actually get a snowday. I can't remember the last snowday I had.. The closest thing I've had was a rainday last year. *sigh*
That's right, that last huge blizzard (when even *my* work was closed) was during your vacation.
Current forcast is 1-3 inches of snow, which means cleared by tomorrow, but we shall see...
Part of why it's so cold at my house though, is that we have to have the heat off until the paint on the windowsill directly over the heating system intake dries, because otherwise we spread icky paint fumes throughout the whole house (thereby having to open windows and make it even colder.)
How does it get wet? Do you mean you just repainted or it's condensation or what? Why can't you put dry things down to soak up water? I hate being cold. XP
