up for an hour and a half in the middle of the night trying to figure out why apparently random circuits have gone out. (no, one leg of the power isn't out. that's not the pattern, and there is power coming in from both.) so chip ran around and tested all the breakers and generally poked at things until he exhausted the limit of his knowledge.

tomorrow he tries to find an electrician to come fix it.

(i hope he is right that this won't affect the hot water supply tomorrow.)

I can certainly recommend Andy Donovan as an electrician.

If he's busy, though, your best if somewhat overpriced bet is to have a big place like Silvestro Brothers (who are right down the street) or even Robert Pann come in; since they have so many people, they're more likely to have a slot available quickly.
