I am so very thankful for my bright, healthy, happy child and all the resources and support I have in raising him. And for so many other things, material and immaterial, for community -- the most wonderful friends I could ever imagine -- and family and that Benjamin has a wise, wise grandmother that gets to be part of his babyhood.
