lands end. only problem is you should order them smaller than you want them as they stretch a lot. I had to give the ones I bought for me to Gray as they were too big after one wearing.
hmm, I would have thought you'd need to buy BIGGER than your feet, because if they are tight on you you are asking for the stress to enable any small imperfections, thus making the dreaded hole.
To make it yourself, I think you can get a pattern at Malden Mills. Or any larger sewing store.
