(no subject)
Mar. 27th, 2006 08:59 pmYesterday I went to McIntyre and Moore, the used bookstore in Davis Square, and, exercising great restraint, escaped with only two books. Today I just had to go back the very minute they opened in the morning and get the third one that I had virtuously left behind.
But I only got one. Not more. Not even one of all the brightly colored children's books Benjamin liked so much. That still counts as self-restraint, right?
(Or maybe it just says I can only exercise self-restraint on my kid's behalf...)
