I wake up at 4AM and can't go back to sleep, even though I am so tired I am dizzy most of the time these days. Shifting my schedule to just go to bed earlier doesn't work, because then I wake up even earlier. Continuing this rapidly becomes impossible with the responsibilities I have. I have long suspected my body just naturally gravitates to a twenty-two hour day, but this is getting to be a bit of a problem. My cope reserves are rather thoroughly depleted on this little sleep.
