clarifying what I mean by nursery school

I want a morning program for Squiggle, anywhere from two to four hours, ideally two or three days a week. (In theory I have no objection to a five day morning program, but I suspect that is out of my price range.) I'm only really considering NAEYC accredited programs.

The only such program I know of is in the public school, for age three and up.

Apparently, the place where our little lion goes is in fact NAEYC-accredited. I cannot speak for how much they would charge for preschool for a few days a week for a few hours a day; however, I believe a full week's care with full days would run on the order of $300 a week.

Romana is enrolled at Agassiz this year. They are full this year (for her age group, there are one or two three year old spots up for grabs) but since you're looking for next year...

They're a five day program, with a noon, 2:30 or 4:30 pickup option, and a coop with high parental involvement. We can obviously say more once she actually starts, but they're generally highly regarded among the people I've heard from and we're excited. It is around twelve thousand dollars for the year, though.
