housing stuff
Apr. 9th, 2003 09:17 amTomorrow the realtor comes to look at our condo. We aren't yet sure if it's going on the market, but it is definitely an option (although we can't close until August.)
If we DO sell it, we will only do so if we know that one way or another we are moving to the greater Davis Square area (as we love everything about this place, EXCEPT that it isn't in Davis Square.)
We bought this place with friends and then split it into seperate condos, and that has worked really really well (they are great folks!) so ideally we want to do something like that again (with a two or three unit place probably, since that seems to be most of what is in the area we want to live.) I suppose we might consider buying a condo in an existing building, although probably only if we knew at least some of the other folks in the building.
But we may end up renting instead for a while, either our own little place, or *possibly* as part of a larger household.
We have been talking to some folks about these various options already. Anyone have any interest/ideas/thoughts etc.?
Talk to us. :-)
