goslingWe just accepted an offer on our condo. Less than what we hoped, but not by much, especially after a couple of rounds of negotiation.
Our upstairs neighbor met the buyers when they were looking at the place and he was in the back yard. He likes them, which matters a lot, since he's the one who is going to have to live with them.
And our realtor said that they clearly really loved the place, which matters too.
