We just accepted an offer on our condo. Less than what we hoped, but not by much, especially after a couple of rounds of negotiation.

Our upstairs neighbor met the buyers when they were looking at the place and he was in the back yard. He likes them, which matters a lot, since he's the one who is going to have to live with them.

And our realtor said that they clearly really loved the place, which matters too.

Wow! Guess you won't need to borrow my plants, then. :) I'm not surprised; your home always looks inviting and comfortable and cheery, it's just the area that doesn't work for you.
