Today we start packing. And we definitely need *a lot* of boxes, so if anyone has boxes they want to get rid of we will happily take them. (Not been stored in basements though, because I'm really quite allergic to mold and the stuff will be in them for quite some time.)

and i wish i could have been there last night -- eric and i conked right out after the Big Family Dinner -- entertaining the entire family for the weekend of graduation is taking more out of us than i had thought...

I totally understand :-)

family often has that effect, even family whose company one enjoys...

we will have lots of parties wherever our new place is too. :-)
(and, assuming we have a place by November, we will plan on having our birthday party/housewarming on the 8th of November, which is the Saturday between Chip's birthday and mine)
