I just had an absolutely lovely time going to dinner with klingonlandlady. :-)

(and I am most pleased with Yoshi's in Powderhouse Square as a place to eat)

I'm glad you got out with a friend! I nearly asked Wolf if we could stop by when we were at Trader Joe's, but, well, the fact that I'm not done cooking and it's 1:30 AM says something, doesn't it?

*huggles*

Really? They recently changed hands and JJV and I found that their prices went up by about 10%. I wasn't sure if the quality had stayed when the "old man" sold the place. The "old man" was the one who had owned Borgo Pass and sold that.

I liked what I had, and the prices didn't seem particularly high, but who knows how representative that was overall...

sigh.

We went for the korean food, as I'd heard their sushi wasn't the best anymore and Gosling wasn't into the sushi either. They have a very nice and reasobably priced Bibim Bap, and the chicken teriyaki looked quite yummo. I'd recommend them for basic Korean dishes, salads & sides from the kitchen, and probably the udon soups.

Will keep that in mind, as they are super close to my house. -H...
