flood update

The best guess is we may be back in our classroom Tuesday. (Not sure how optimistic an estimate that is.) There are various crews in there dealing with the water and testing to make sure no toxins got in with the flood.
Of course, none of them are dealing with our storage area. I don't think even the teachers are going to be allowed back in until all the tests are complete, so most of the stuff in storage is going to be *really* scary when we *are* allowed back in, I suspect.
For now we will be at another site up by the Cambridgeside Galleria. (Where the biggest problem for my class (and the parents) will be the excessive security. Getting into the building is challenging.) The space is small, but we can manage. (Of course, it would have been nice to have the week off... for me anyway. It would have been awful for the parents who rely on us, so it's probably a very good thing we found temporary quarters.)
