Thank god for the fact that there is a Brad and Circus and a Tracer Joes all within T-able range (although the Trader Joe's is the kind of place you don't want to walk back from after dark, IMO the neighborhood around there heading back towards central is... Questionable :)
This is a good idea, thanks I've been ruminating on such things given that today I have to go on a shopping spree because tomorrow I start on the South Beach diet and things like greens are about to become a staple for me :)
That's one of the things I actually look forward to about this. NOthing wacky, just cut out the carbs and refined sugars.
I personally adore a good salad and also like that you can make a big HUGE tupperware container of it (minus tomatoes, they sog the whole mess but you can just store them separately and add them as you like :) and eat all week.
