+ Found a jar of hair dye in a box.
- Forgot that gloves might be highly advisable.
+ The dye seems to wash off of my hands fairly well.
- I suspect it may be equally transitory in my hair.

Manic Panic.

Rather suboptimal dye really; my experience is that Special Effects tends to be more vibrant and last considerably longer.

But it was there, and I didn't feel like trudging all the way in to Harvard Square...

I didn't go anywhere, because I found the jar in a box of toiletries I had not yet unpacked. (I think it originally came from Newbury Comics, but I'm not sure.)

well, if you only *really* want purple hair for a day or three, this season of weddings, you'll be OK. Remember the purple-stained shower and Anne in Waltham? My recollection is that you used Manic Panic then, too.

sadly, manic panic used to be good many years ago and now sucks a lot. so it won't stay purple for long :/
